1. General Introduction
AXG magnetic flow meter is ideal for various of industrial process lines with several intelligent characters. It's a most sophisticated product with outstanding reliability and ease of operation, developed on the basis of decades of field proven experience. The combination of a replaceable electrode and the diagnostic to defect adhesion level on the electrodes dramatically improves maintainability. The AXF employs the fluid noise free "Dual Frequency Excitation Method" and the newly added "Enhanced Dual Frequency Excitation Method" as an option for more difficult applications to ensure greater stability and quicker response.The sizes are available from 2.5 to 400 mm (0.1 to 16 in.). For lining, Fluorocarbon PFA/Ceramics/Polyurethance Rubber/EPDM Rubber/ Natural Soft Rubber which can be applied to severe applications can be selected. Process connection also supports various specifications such as ASME, EN, AS, and JIS.
Besides, AXG magnetic flow meter come with several outstanding features as: constantly monitoring the level of insulating substance on the electrodes, the converter or the terminal box can be rotated arbitrarily to change the directions of electrical connection on the site; The LCD indicator employs a large, backlit full dot matrix, that can facilitate various displays; The most frequently used parameters are arranged in a group at the top, The infra-red switches enable the users to set parameters without opening the cover; Enhanced Dual Frequency Excitation Method realize difficult measurement applications such as for high concentration slurries or low conductivity fluid and etc.
