When measuring process temperature, the temperature sensor is the key element and must be accurately installed and well protected; If the latest data is required during application, the temperature must be continuously monitored.

The temperature sensor is just a resistance which changes with temperature, but how to tell us the exact temperature, for example, why the resistance value of platinum 100 at 0 degrees Celsius is 100 ohms? first of all, the platinum wire 100 times thinner than the hair is welded to a high-purity ceramics sheet, this sheet is produced in a dust-free environment. Due to the development of semiconductor technology, temperature measuring resistors are mass-produced.

A high-precision laser beam cuts the platinum wire to an appropriate resistance value. In our example, the resistance at 0 degrees Celsius is 100 ohms. Cover the platinum wire with glass to prevent the platinum wire from being contacted by external contaminants, which will affect the measurement accuracy. However, before the above steps, the platinum wire needs to be heated and aged, so that the stability of the measured value can be improved during the long-term measurement process.

In the measurement process, it is often accompanied by extreme temperature, pressure, surge and corrosive medium. Because the temperature sensor measures its own temperature, the temperature sensor needs to change with the temperature of the medium in the shortest possible time. Then, how can we not only protect the sensor, but also ensure rapid measurement and response time, which requires optimizing the design of all the details of the measurement point, and the knowledge and technology to provide high-quality sensors, the design of sensor sheaths, and temperature protection Casing strength calculation, qualified process and production of all components.

Ensure stable transmission signal and the compatibility of the signal requires a temperature transmitter. The transmitter converts the sensor resistance signal into a standard signal that can be recognized by different control systems. Safety, accuracy, flexibility, and cost advantages makes temperature transmitters are widely used. Temperature transmitters mean reliability and optimize the control process.
